Prof Barnaby Lenon is the Dean of the Faculty of Education at the University of Buckingham. He has held significant leadership roles including Head of Harrow School (12 years), Head of Trinity School Croydon, and Deputy Head of Highgate School. Currently serves as Chairman of Governors at the London Academy of Excellence, Chairman of the Independent Schools Council, and Director of the New Schools Network. His research focuses on effective teaching practices in the UK and USA, with publications on education policy and school effectiveness.
