Bardo Fraunholz is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean for International and Partnerships at Deakin University's Faculty of Business and Law, where he leads the Department of Information Systems and Business Analytics. He directs Postgraduate Programs and teaches Project Management and Information Systems capstone units. His academic background includes a BA/MA in Accounting (University of Trier), postgraduate law diplomas (University of Westminster), and a PhD in Information Systems (Deakin University).
Research interests span:
- Digital Transformation: Enterprise architecture, process optimization, and technology adoption frameworks
- Education Innovation: Internationalization strategies, curriculum design, and equity in higher education
- Sustainability & Governance: CSR communication, e-governance models, and stakeholder engagement in SMEs
Publications (2010-2025) show evolving focus from SME digitalization/CSR toward international education frameworks and systemic digital transformation, utilizing mixed-methods approaches including network analysis and capability modeling.
