Barbora Kozlíková is an Associate Professor at the Department of Visual Computing, Faculty of Informatics, Masaryk University. She currently serves as Vice-dean for R&D and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Informatics.

Her research focuses on visualization and visual analysis with applications in biochemistry, medicine, geography, security, and education. She has developed interactive tools for protein engineering, DNA nanostructures, and criminal investigation data tracking.
Recent articles emphasize multiscale modeling, biomedical visualization, and molecular dynamics exploration, reflecting her interdisciplinary approach.
