Barbara Pezzotti is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of European Languages within the Faculty of Arts at Monash University, Australia. She holds a PhD from Victoria University of Wellington and a Laurea in Philosophy from Università La Sapienza, Rome. Her academic career spans Italy, New Zealand, and Australia, and she is currently an active researcher and supervisor, accepting PhD students in literature and cultural studies.
