Barbara Brotzki is an Associate Lecturer in the Department of Management at the John B. and Lillian E. Neff College of Business and Innovation, University of Toledo. She holds an Associated Degree in Pre-Business (Owens Community College, 2010), B.B.A. in Organizational Management (University of Toledo, 2012), and M.B.A. specializing in Leadership (University of Toledo, 2014).
Her research interests focus on AI technology applications in recruitment processes and business communication practices, including professional dress standards. She also teaches courses related to workplace management and global economy dynamics.
Brotzki has extensive teaching experience both on-campus and internationally, including instruction at the Jeep Plant in Toledo and in China.
