Barbara Bole Williams is a Professor in the Wellness & Inclusive Services in Education department at Rowan University's College of Education. She coordinates the M.A. and Ed.S. programs in School Psychology and teaches courses in behavioral assessment, data-based decision making, and professional school psychology.
Her research examines ethics problem-solving in school psychology, assessment methodologies, crisis prevention/intervention, and optimizing student learning outcomes. She maintains active involvement with the National Association of School Psychologists where she chairs the Professional Standards Committee.
Dr. Williams holds a B.A. from Muskingum College, two master's degrees from Rowan University (Student Personnel Services and School Psychology), and a Ph.D. from Temple University. She completed postdoctoral training at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
