Barbara Bierer is a Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH). She serves as Faculty Lead of Regulatory Foundations, Ethics, and Law at Harvard Catalyst and as Faculty Director of the Multi-Regional Clinical Trials Center (MRCT Center) of BWH and Harvard. Additionally, she is Director of Regulatory Policy for SMART IRB, a platform streamlining clinical research regulations.
