Baptiste Grard is a Lecturer-Researcher in Environmental Sciences at the Agroecology and Environment Research Unit within the School of Agronomy, Food and Environment. He coordinates the Center for Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems, focusing on urban ecosystems and Technosols constructed from organic waste.
- PhD in Environmental Sciences (2014-2017) on Technosol development
- Postdoctoral work (2018-2020) on FEW-Meter and T4P projects
- Currently coordinates the AE4EU European project
Research Interests: Agroecology in urban contexts, evaluation of ecosystem services, Technosol pedogenesis, and multi-stakeholder approaches to sustainable food systems. His work bridges soil science with policy development across Europe.
