Baohong Zhao, MD, PhD, is Professor of Biochemistry in Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College (2024–present). She earned her DMD (2001) and BM (1999) from Peking University and her PhD from Showa University Graduate School, Japan (2008). Her research focuses on molecular mechanisms governing bone homeostasis, osteoclastogenesis, and inflammatory signaling in skeletal and immunological contexts.
