Dr. Ban Lee is a Senior Research Associate (Research Fellow) at Lancaster University, affiliated with the Organisation Work and Technology department of the Lancaster University Management School. His current project, funded by the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA), investigates sustainable organisational learning within and across organisations.
