Dr. Bahar Zoghi is Assistant Dean of the School of Engineering and Acting Chair of the Civil Engineering Technology program at Farmingdale State College, where she has served as a professor since 2020. She holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the City University of New York and is a licensed professional engineer in New York and Connecticut.

She has contributed significantly to the development of interdisciplinary programs such as the MS in Technology Management and has been instrumental in expanding the Civil Engineering Technology program.
