BELADJINE Djaoued

BELADJINE Djaoued is a Researcher-Lecturer at CESI, affiliated with the Engineering and Numerical Tools department. He holds a PhD from the University of Rennes 1 (2006) in Physics, focusing on granular material dynamics, and a DEA from Paris 6 (2003) in dynamic modeling of complex systems. His research interests center on Building Information Modeling (BIM), Lean Construction methodologies, and the integration of AR/VR technologies in construction processes. He has supervised multiple thesis projects including CIFRE-funded work with EQUANS and Métropole BREST-financed studies on BIM-Learn synergy and AR/VR maturity models.

His educational activities span project management, BIM adoption maturity, and learning engineering. Notable research contributions include advanced frameworks for BIM-AR/VR maturity evaluation based on ISO standards and optimization of construction processes using BIM-Lean approaches. He actively engages with industry via collaborative projects and conference presentations on BIM implementation challenges and sustainability in construction.
