Dr. Bayram Bozkurt currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Educational Sciences, Faculty of Education at University of Gaziantep. His academic journey includes a PhD in Educational Administration (2016-2018), an MA in Educational Sciences (2012-2014), and a BA in Science Education (2003-2007) from Çukurova University.
His research focuses on educational leadership, social justice in education, teacher motivation, and organizational behavior in schools. He has supervised 8 theses and published 9 book chapters, with recent work exploring topics like

- Instructional supervision practices
- Communication competencies of administrators
- Multi-dimensional value perceptions
