B. Sebastian Reiche

Professor B. Sebastian Reiche is a faculty member in the Managing People in Organizations Department at IESE Business School, part of the University of Navarra. He earned his Ph.D. in Management from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and holds a B.A./Master in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Hannover, Germany.

Professor Reiche's research focuses on navigating the global work environment, with particular emphasis on global mobility, work design, global leadership, language in international business, cultural identity, and empowerment in global organizations. His work explores how global professionals collaborate, lead, and perform their work effectively across cultural boundaries. He has published over 80 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters in leading scholarly outlets including Academy of Management Discoveries, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Organization Science, and Personnel Psychology. His recent work examines emerging trends in global leadership, workforce design for hybrid work arrangements, and the application of AI in business education.
