Dr. B. Dianne Dinkel is an Assistant Professor at Concordia University's College of Adult and Professional Studies (CAPS), with a distinguished career spanning over 28 years in education and finance. She has held leadership roles such as Senior Fiscal Officer at Grand Canyon University, Vice President of Business Affairs at Concordia University, and President/CEO of ATHENA International, an organization dedicated to women's leadership development. Her teaching focuses on ethics, social entrepreneurship, and macroeconomics in CAPS' online programs.

Dinkel's research and professional work emphasize ethical decision-making, women's leadership, and financial sustainability in Christian education and nonprofit sectors.
