Béatrice TOUSTOU is an Assistant Professor at SKEMA Business School and a member of the Knowledge, Technology and Organization (KTO) Research Center. Her career combines 17 years in human resources management with academic research focused on creativity, organizational behavior, and teamwork dynamics. She holds a Doctorate in Management Science (2015) from IAE Aix-Marseille, complemented by degrees in Psychology, Chinese Language, and Political Science.
