Dr. Azad Rahman is a Lecturer in Mathematics at the School of Engineering and Technology, Central Queensland University. He holds a PhD from CQUniversity, a GDEC from the University of New England, an M.Phil from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, and MSc/BSc degrees from the University of Dhaka. His academic career includes prior roles as Senior Post Doctoral Researcher at CQUniversity's School of Business and Law and academic positions at Stamford University Bangladesh.
His research focuses on:

- Sustainable Energy systems and thermal engineering
- Applied Mathematics and computational modeling
- Agricultural supply chain economics and regional development
Dr. Rahman's publications demonstrate interdisciplinary work bridging mathematics, engineering, and agricultural economics.
