Ayşe Gül FILİK is an Assistant Professor at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University's Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Agricultural Biotechnology (Enzyme and Microbial Biotechnology). She holds a Ph.D. in Animal Science and Master's Degree in Animal Science from Akdeniz University, along with a BSc in Animal Production and Technologies from the same institution.

Her research focuses on Feed Technology and Animal Nutrition, particularly exploring silage quality improvement, microbial feed enhancement, natural feed additives, and waste valorization in animal nutrition. She actively investigates how agricultural waste materials like hot pepper, niger, and olive byproducts affect poultry and ruminant performance.
She has led multiple scientific research projects including studies on Lactobacillus brevis in silage preservation, Pediococcus acidilactici applications, and enzyme-bacteria mixtures for feed optimization. Her work contributes to sustainable agriculture practices through innovative feed solutions.
