Prof. Dr. Aytekin Demircioğlu is a full-time Professor at Kastamonu University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of History of Turkish-Islamic Thought and Philosophy. Previously held academic positions at Sinop University (2013-2019) and Kastamonu University in different administrative roles (Dean Deputy, Department Head).

- B.A. in Turkish and Social Sciences Education (Gazi University, 1999)
Research Interests focus on Turkish Islamic Thought, Philosophy of Education, and Philosophy of Values, with particular emphasis on ethical frameworks in Turkic mythology and Islamic tradition. His work explores intersections between medieval Islamic philosophy (Ghazali, Ibn Khaldun) and modern pedagogical practices.
Scientific Contributions include 84 publications, 8 books, and 7 book chapters. His editorial leadership spans the International Journal of Social Sciences and Education and Kastamonu Journal of Humanity and Society. Recent research examines AI's philosophical dimensions and green HRM in public administration.
