Aynühayat UYBADIN serves as an Assistant Professor at Sakarya University's Faculty of Communication, Department of Public Relations and Advertising. She was appointed to this position in 2022, following previous roles as a Research Assistant at Hacettepe University (2015-2019) and Sakarya University (2013-2015). Her research focuses on cinema history (particularly Turkish cinema/Yesilcam), audience reception studies, visual culture, and memory studies, with particular attention to gender perspectives. Dr. UYBADIN employs qualitative methodologies and interdisciplinary approaches drawing from communication studies, sociology, and cultural studies.
