Dr Ayesha Tulloch is an ARC Future Fellow in the School of Biology & Environmental Science at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Her research focuses on conservation decision science, integrating ecology and socio-ecological systems to address biodiversity loss while maintaining human well-being in human-modified landscapes. She leads projects on agri-food supply chains that co-benefit biodiversity and people, addressing climate change impacts and extreme events.
Education: PhD in Ecology (University of Queensland). Professional roles include Vice President (Policy and Outreach) of the Ecological Society of Australia and Chair of Queers in Science Queensland Chapter. She co-founded the IUCN Decision Science Working Group and contributes to initiatives like the Australian Threatened Species Index, a national tool tracking species recovery.
