Prof. Aydın Alper, M.D. is a Professor at the School of Medicine, Koç University, where he has been a faculty member since 2013. He also serves as a Professor in the Department of General Surgery at American Hospital since 1994. Previously, he held roles as General Surgeon at Istanbul University School of Medicine (1987–2013), Associate Professor at Royal Free Hospital, University of London (1986–1987), and Chief Resident at Istanbul University School of Medicine (1984–1986).
