Axel Beer

Dr. Axel Beer serves as Associate Professor at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), where he holds dual leadership roles as Head of the Institute for English Business Communication and Deputy Program Director of the Department's Master's Program in Business Communication. His academic career has been deeply rooted at WU, where he earned both his Magister (1991) and Doctoral (1995) degrees.

His primary interests include corporate communication, corporate language, digital communication, and U.S. studies, with a distinctive specialization in Disney-related research as evidenced by his doctoral dissertation on Corporate Communication and Corporate Language at Walt Disney World.
