Avril Gray is an Associate Professor and Programme Leader for Postgraduate Publishing at Edinburgh Napier University's School of Arts and Creative Industries. She spearheads the #NapierBigRead initiative, a shared reading project with social advocacy focus, and contributes to advancing inclusivity in higher education through her work with the Scottish Centre for the Book.
