معرفی
Aurelia Trevisan is a Postdoctoral Researcher (Researcher) at the Eindhoven University of Technology, affiliated with the Department of Applied Physics and Science Education. Her work focuses on atomic-scale characterization of semiconductor materials and nanostructures, particularly III-V compounds like gallium arsenide (GaAs), indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs), and antimony-based materials, using techniques such as scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and molecular beam epitaxy (MBE).
She is involved in the project "ASPEA: Atomic-Scale Processing Equipment for the Ångstrom Era" (2024–2029), which aims to develop advanced atomic-scale processing equipment. Her research addresses defect formation in semiconductor devices and the behavior of heterojunctions and iso-electronic impurities.
Trevisan completed her PhD thesis in 2025 titled "Atomically resolved microscopy of antimony-based III-V materials and nanostructures." Her recent publications highlight her expertise in semiconductor physics, materials synthesis, and nanoscale analysis.
