His work focuses on nonlinear effects in optical guides with dimensions comparable to the wavelength. He uses nonlinear dynamics tools to find innovative applications in the field of pulsed lasers.
Dr. Coillet graduated from the École Normale Supérieure de Lyon and obtained his PhD in Physics in 2011 from the University of Burgundy. After completing postdoctoral fellowships at the FEMTO-ST Institute in Besançon and at NIST in Boulder (United States), he joined the laboratory in 2015 as a lecturer.
