Augusto Robles

Augusto Robles is an Associate Professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry, Department of General Dentistry. He holds concurrent roles as Scientist at the Global Center for Craniofacial, Oral and Dental Disorders (GC-CODED), Faculty Group Manager, and Division Director of General Dentistry since 2024 and 2025 respectively. With academic appointments spanning since 2008, his career includes progressive roles from Assistant Professor to current leadership positions.

Dr. Robles' research focuses on Caries prevention, Adhesion mechanisms, and development of advanced dental materials like Composites and Ceramics.
