Audrey Schultz

Dr. Audrey Schultz is a tenured Full Professor and Chairperson of the Construction Management, Facilities Management, and Real Estate Practice programs at Pratt Institute's School of Architecture. She holds extensive leadership roles including positions on the Academic Senate Executive Board, Provost Council, and as co-chair of the Campus Security Committee. Dr. Schultz pioneered Pratt's Center for Teaching and Learning and contributed significantly to the institute's strategic planning, particularly in global education initiatives.

Her educational background includes:

• M.S. in Architecture (Construction Management) from Virginia Tech
• B.S. in Interior Design from Marymount University

Dr. Schultz's research focuses on integrating lean principles and visual management technologies into facilities operations, sustainable FM practices, and women's leadership in facilities management. She directs the 'Essential KSA's of Women in Facilities Management' project and has international expertise in urban regeneration through public-private partnerships.
