Audrey Roulston is a Professor at the School of Social Sciences, Education and Social Work at Queen's University Belfast, specializing in palliative care, bereavement, and social work education. As Director of Practice Learning and Academic Selector for BSW admissions, she focuses on student placement experiences, professional identity development, and values-based recruitment systems.
- Led international studies on palliative care access in prisons
- Developed mindfulness interventions for social worker stress reduction
- Co-chaired the World Hospice Palliative Care Social Work Network Research Committee
- Principal Investigator for Cochrane reviews and baseline surveys on social worker wellbeing
