Dr. Audrey Ervin is a Professor of Counseling Psychology and Academic Program Director for the Graduate Counseling Psychology program at Delaware Valley University. She is a licensed psychologist with expertise in multicultural competence, transgender identities, and mindfulness-based interventions.

Her research focuses on diversity issues in therapy, including gender, sexual orientation, racial identity, and mindfulness applications. She has authored articles on pandemic-related mental health, imposter syndrome, and social media wellbeing.

She actively contributes to diversity initiatives as co-chair of DelVal’s President's Commission on Diversity and Inclusion and Doylestown Pride. Dr. Ervin also operates Ervin Counseling & Consulting, LLC, and delivers national/international lectures on multicultural practices.
