Attila Viktor Pálfalusi is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Media Design BA program at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME). His artistic practice and research focus on the interplay between time, reality, and self-reflection, manifested through kinetic systems that repurpose everyday objects into metaphorical art. He leads the MOME Art & Technology Studio, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration at the intersection of art, design, and technology.
- Education: BA (2014) and MA (2016) in Media Design from MOME; Doctoral studies since 2017
- Research Interests: Installation art, immersive media, emerging technologies, and epistemological questions in media
His exhibitions, including Drifting (2024, Horizont Gallery) and A Critique of Pure Reason (2022, MAMŰ Gallery), explore themes like control, cognition, and human-machine dynamics. Pálfalusi's work has been recognized with scholarships such as the Gyula Derkovits Fine Arts Scholarship (2024). He also contributed as a jury member to the 2024 AI Film Festival in Budapest.
