Atota Halkiyo, Ph.D., is a Postdoctoral Associate at Florida International University's School of Universal Computing, Construction & Engineering Education. She holds a Ph.D. in Education Policy and Evaluation from Arizona State University, with prior degrees from Addis Ababa University and Jimma University. Her professional experience includes roles as an instructor and researcher in Ethiopia and the U.S., spanning over 15 years in academia.
