Asta Kristine Håberg

Asta Kristine Håberg is a Professor at the Department of Neuromedicine and Movement Science, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. She is also Head of the Norwegian National Advisory Unit for functional MRI at St. Olav’s University Hospital and the Trondheim fMRI group, as well as leading the Center of Innovative Ultrasound Solutions (CIUS).

• Specializes in medical imaging and spectroscopy, with a focus on cognition across the lifespan and neurological/neurosurgical conditions
• Extensive research in traumatic brain injury, dementia risk factors, and exercise interventions for brain aging
