Ashton Brown is a Research Fellow in Quantitative Methods & Education Practice at the University of Cambridge's Faculty of Education. She holds a PhD in Education (2015-2019), an MPhil in Psychology and Education (2014-2015), an MA in Economics from the University of Ottawa (2012-2013), and a BA in Economics from Princeton University (2007-2011). Her research focuses on identifying pathways to positive developmental outcomes in education and mental health, employing quantitative methods and secondary data analysis. She investigates topics such as interparental conflict's impact on child development, cost-benefit analyses of parental interventions, and widening participation in higher education.
