Professor Ashok Kumar Nanjundan is a Professor of Energy Storage at the University of Southern Queensland and holds adjunct positions as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the School of Chemical Engineering, The University of Queensland, and Adjunct Professor at Queensland University of Technology. His research focuses on nanomaterials (particularly carbon-based materials) and energy storage technologies including batteries, supercapacitors, and electrocatalysts for CO2 conversion.
His research interests span:
- Development of advanced battery systems (lithium-ion, sodium-ion, aluminum-ion, zinc-ion)
