Ashish Kumar

Ashish Kumar is a Cornell Atkinson Postdoctoral Associate in the Department of Animal Science at Cornell University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS). He is affiliated with the McFadden Lab, focusing on advancing sustainable dairy production systems in developing economies. His work emphasizes innovative technical and policy strategies to mitigate environmental impacts of dairy farming, including the establishment of regional feed and fodder libraries to optimize ration formulations and enhance productivity for smallholder farmers.
