Asbjørn Strandbakken

Asbjørn Strandbakken is Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Bergen, with additional appointments at UiT The Arctic University of Norway and University of Agder. His research covers family law, inheritance law, and child welfare, including analysis of spousal protections and co-ownership dissolution. He contributes to Karnov legal commentaries on marriage and criminal law.
