Arzu Tuncer

Dr. Arzu Tuncer serves as Associate Professor at Harran University's Faculty of Law. Her academic appointments include:

Recent publications analyze freedom of expression in broadcasting and narcoterrorism, demonstrating consistent focus on law-security-human rights intersections. These works contribute to regulatory frameworks in media law and counter-terrorism strategies through comparative legal analysis.

She actively engages with professional communities through speaking roles including ADA TV appearances on Media Law and Privatization (2013), and GAU TV program production on broadcasting correction rights. Her EU Project participation (2013-2014) addressed legal aspects of disability conventions, highlighting applied policy contributions.
