Arwa Mustafa is a PhD in Food Science and LINXS Fellow with over a decade of experience in food chemistry, food innovations, and new product development. Her work emphasizes food for health and functional products leveraging Green & Clean Technologies. She collaborates with Lund University (Analytical Chemistry, Food Technology, Biotechnology, LUNARC) and the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (Department of Molecular Sciences). She also serves as Founder & CEO of ARWA FoodTech AB, a member of Aventure AB Group.
