Arvid Aakre

Arvid Aakre is an Associate Professor at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). He leads the Road, Railway and Transport Research Group and the Traffic Engineering Research Centre, focusing on traffic flow theory, ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems), road network design, and traffic data analysis.
