Arun Jayaraman is a Professor at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University, affiliated with the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Medical Social Sciences (Outcome and Measurement Science), and Physical Therapy and Human Movement Sciences. His research focuses on rehabilitation robotics, prosthetics, orthotics, and wearable sensor technology for activity recognition and disease monitoring.
He holds a PhD in Physical Therapy and Human Movement Sciences and has been recognized with awards such as the Sarah Baskin Award for Excellence in Research and the Henry B. Betts Innovation Award.
