Artur Klimek is a Professor at the Department of International Economic Relations, Wrocław University of Economics. His research focuses on foreign direct investment (FDI), transnational corporations, international trade, and geoeconomics, with recent emphasis on global value chains, offshoring/reshoring dynamics, and structural economic changes. He leads research projects funded by Poland’s Ministry of Science and Higher Education and the National Science Centre, and holds the prestigious Foundation for Polish Science scholarship. Klimek combines academic rigor with practical expertise, advising on international business expansion strategies, geopolitical risk management, and global value chain optimization.
