Arthur Spivak

Dr. Arthur Spivak is a Teaching and Research Laboratory Engineer at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Born in Kursk, Russia, he immigrated to Israel and grew up in Rehovot. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the Technion, and a master's and doctoral degree in electrical engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
