Arthur Guillouzouic is a permanent research fellow at the Institut des Politiques Publiques (IPP), where he has been a member of the research team since October 2018. He holds a PhD in Economics from Sciences Po and is a former student of the École normale supérieure de Cachan.
Dr. Guillouzouic's research focuses on economic policy, particularly in the areas of business taxation and public finance. His work is situated within the "Entreprises" (Business) division of the IPP.
His current research projects include:
- Taxation of dividends
- Wealth tax (ISF) reforms
- Research Tax Credit (Crédit Impôt Recherche)
- Effects of public research on the private sector
- Household taxation policies
