Arthur B. Powell

Arthur B. Powell is an Associate Professor of Mathematics Education in the Department of Urban Education at Rutgers University's Newark campus and a Faculty Research Scientist at the Robert B. Davis Institute for Learning within the Graduate School of Education in New Brunswick. His work bridges mathematics education with urban pedagogy, emphasizing equity and technological integration.
