Arpita Joardar

Dr. Arpita Joardar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management & Marketing at the Charlton College of Business, University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Her academic career focuses on cross-cultural dynamics, international entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior. She has been recognized with the U.S. Fulbright Scholar award in 2023 and has published extensively in leading journals.
