Joan Shapiro Beigh is a Lecturer in the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship at DePaul University's Driehaus College of Business. She also serves as a fellow at the Coleman Entrepreneurship Center.

Dr. Beigh's research focuses on organizational behavior, strategic communications, and employee engagement. Her work explores how work styles and stakeholder research influence team effectiveness and creativity.
Her publications span topics in Personality and Individual Differences and The Journal of Business Management & Change, emphasizing corporate change management and communication strategies.

Dr. Beigh teaches courses including MGT 300: Principles of Management, MGT 302: Organizational Behavior, and MGT 373: Creativity & Entrepreneurship. She is president emeritus of the Operations Management and Entrepreneurship Association (OMEA).
