Arno Denk

Arno Denk is a Lecturer at the Chair of Energy Efficient and Sustainable Design and Building within the Technical University of Munich. He has held the position of Teaching Fellow since 2022 and has been a teaching assistant at several institutes of the university since 2018. His role involves teaching and research in the field of sustainable building design.

His educational qualifications include a Diploma in Architecture from the Technical University of Munich, obtained in 2014, following studies at the same institution from 2006 to 2014. Additionally, he spent time studying at CEPT University in Ahmedabad, India, in 2012. Before transitioning to academia, Denk worked as an architect in Munich and Vienna, Austria, from 2014 to 2022.

Denk's professional work prioritizes the integration of sustainability and sufficiency criteria into the architectural design process. His research interests encompass sustainable building practices, energy efficiency in construction, and the application of circular economy principles in urban development.
