Arnaud Kurze is an Associate Professor of Justice Studies at Montclair State University and Director of Project AROS Lab. His expertise lies in transitional justice, youth activism, and art's role in collective memory. He holds a PhD from George Mason University and is a Global Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson Center, focusing on digital archives (Project AROS) to visualize historical data. His research explores alternative justice practices by youth in post-Arab Spring contexts, emphasizing art and resilience. He has authored/co-authored books like Mapping Global Justice and New Critical Spaces in Transitional Justice, and contributed to peer-reviewed journals. Awards include the Fulbright and Library of Congress fellowships. He teaches courses on human rights and global justice and advises on interdisciplinary projects.
