Dr. Armin Stein is a Lecturer and Managing Director of the European Research Center for Information Systems (ERCIS) at the University of Münster. He holds a Doctorate in Information Systems from the University of Münster (2010) and has held academic positions at institutions like the German-Vietnamese University in Ho Chi Minh City and the University of Liechtenstein. His research focuses on Business Process Management (BPM), Diversity in Information Systems, and Educational Technology.
